Departure from Marrakech early morning 7h30am, towards the high Atlas Mountains via Tahnaouet (local market on Tuesdays), Valley Ghighaya, Moulay Brahim gorges, Asni (market on Saturdays) then between terraced fields of vegetables, fruit trees walnuts & cherries arrival to Imlil to 1740m, meeting the team guide, muleteer then start the trek between fields to climb Tizi Mzik pass at 2480m, panoramic view over Imlil valley, Azaden Valley and the high Atlas Mountains over 4000m including Toubkal 4167m
Then a nice walk down through juniper forest to Tizioussem village 1850m, lunch in Berber house discovering Berber houses behind doors meeting locals and their lifestyle, then going down to Id Issa village at 1780m, overlooking ancient irrigated terraced fields & other villages with multi mineral colours, then climbing tizi Oudid pass at 2200m, lunch after the pass with a view to the valley and high Atlas Mountains especially the backside of Oukiemeden Mountain (ski station), continuing down via Matat village and between terraced fields of fruit trees, before arriving to Aguersioual at 1650m, then pick up & drive to Marrakech (60km). Approx. 6hours walking.
